Important notice for Samsung device users:

• This app requires Device Administrator permission.
• Samsung KNOX must be enabled to allow remote control on Samsung mobile devices. Administrative permission (BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN) is used solely during remote support sessions. Users can revoke administrative permission upon session conclusion.
• If Samsung KNOX is not enabled, screen sharing is still feasible using Android's MediaProjection API; however, remote device control during support sessions will not be possible.
• User discretion advised: Revoke administrative permission within the Android device settings (Settings->More->Security->Device Administrators) before uninstalling this app.
