Remote Access:

<li>Incorporate remote access to your computer by installing the ISL AlwaysOn application and configuring access. A valid ISL Online account is necessary to reach your remote computers.</li>
<li>Utilize ISL AlwaysOn to share files on your computer and access them from your Android phone or tablet without connecting to the remote desktop. This process eliminates the need to upload files to the cloud!</li>
<li>Enhance access speed to your remote computers by selecting “Remember the password.”</li>

<li>Full remote control enabled on Samsung devices operating on Android 4.2.2 or newer versions and all rooted Android devices.</li>

Important notice for Samsung device users:
<ul>
<li>This app requires Device Administrator permission.</li>
<li>Samsung KNOX must be enabled to allow remote control on Samsung mobile devices. Administrative permission (BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN) is used solely during remote support sessions. Users can revoke administrative permission upon session conclusion.</li>
<li>If Samsung KNOX is not enabled, screen sharing is still feasible using Android's MediaProjection API; however, remote device control during support sessions will not be possible.</li>
<li>User discretion advised: Revoke administrative permission within the Android device settings (Settings->More->Security->Device Administrators) before uninstalling this app.</li>
